Chef Stuart Wright, Executive Chef for Comcast Arena at Everett, has over 25 years’ experience leading culinary teams at upscale restaurants, convention centers and casinos catering to large scale groups.

Prior to joining the Centerplate culinary team at the Comcast Arena at Everett, Chef Stu was Private Chef on mega yacht, Mr. Terrible, berthed in Cabo San Lucas.  His other professional accomplishments include day-to-day operations as Executive Chef for multi-unit operations for Bon Appetite Management Company, Konocti Vista Casino, Coyote Valley Casino, and Chinook Winds Casino.  Chef Stu has also been an entrepreneur, running his own catering operation, Creative Custom Cuisine.

Chef Stu’s innovative style and modern techniques have been infused into all food and beverage operations at the Comcast Arena including concessions, the Arena Grill, Octane Lounge and catering in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center.  He has a passion for the outdoors including fishing, hunting, and boating and enjoys the Pacific Northwest lifestyle while currently residing in Everett.
